我只想说:

Yes, this is 21st century, but it does not mean that it gives anyone, especially a State Leader , a licence to humiliate or ridicule others in an open function.


A leader has to know how to respect others, before he or she can earn the respect from others.


And a leader must know " Humour " is an art, freedom of speech is not something that you poke and make fun of others. Freedom is the liberty of action, to share your thoughts, ideas etc., not to hurt others' sentiments.
